Norwich is one of our busiest areas. We work city-centre venues and the barns, marquees and garden parties that ring the city - Wymondham, Hethersett, Costessey, Poringland, Brundall, Wroxham, Aylsham and out towards the Broads.

Most of those venues are dry hire: no bar, no glassware, no licence. We arrive with the bar unit itself, glassware, ice, garnishes, chilled storage, trained bar staff and the appropriate event licensing, and we clear the whole thing down at the end of the night.

Because we cater the food as well, the timings line up. Arrival fizz goes round with the canapés, wine is on the table before the first course, toast drinks are poured before the speeches, and the evening bar opens exactly when the room is ready for it.

Bar options

The whole drinks journey.

Mix and match - most Norwich couples take reception drinks, wine with dinner and an evening bar.

  • Wine with dinner

Wine chosen to sit beside your menu and topped up through the meal by the team serving the food.

  • Cocktail bar

Espresso martinis, spritzes, negronis and a signature cocktail named after you - made properly, served quickly.

  • Local beer & cider

Norfolk bottled ales and ciders alongside a proper low and no-alcohol list.

  • Cash or tab bar

A cash bar, a pre-paid tab, or a tab that switches to cash at a limit you set.

A bar that stays open into the evening, serving to your venue's licensed hours and curfew.

Questions

Norwich bar questions, answered plainly.

Do you offer mobile bar hire in Norwich?
Yes. We bring a fully staffed mobile bar to weddings, parties and corporate events in Norwich and across east Norfolk - city venues, country barns, marquees, gardens and dry-hire halls alike. We are a family-run catering company based near King's Lynn, and Norwich is one of our busiest areas.
How much does mobile bar hire cost in Norwich?
There is no flat hire fee. Your quote depends on guest numbers, hours of service and whether you want a cash bar, a pre-paid tab or a set drinks package. Evening bar service is generally free of charge when booked with one of our catering packages, and any travel is shown clearly rather than hidden in the drinks prices.
Can you cover a dry-hire venue near Norwich?
That is most of what we do. Many barns and marquee sites around Norwich have no bar and no licence in place, so we arrive with the bar itself, glassware, ice, chilled storage, trained staff and the appropriate event licensing.
Can you run the bar and the catering together?
Yes, and it works far better that way. One team means the arrival fizz is poured while the canapes go round, the wine is on the table before the first course, and the evening bar opens exactly when the room is ready for it.
What kind of drinks do you serve?
Reception fizz and Pimm's, wine chosen to sit beside your menu, local bottled ales and ciders, spirits, a short cocktail list including espresso martinis, and a proper low and no-alcohol selection.
How far in advance should we book?
Peak Saturdays between May and September go early - often twelve to eighteen months ahead. Midweek dates and the winter months are usually available at much shorter notice, so it is always worth asking.
