Menus & sample pricing
A guide to our menus, not a fixed price list.
Every event we cook for is different, so the prices below are sample guides to help you plan. Once we know a little more about your day we'll shape a menu and a proposal around it.

Questions
Pricing, answered.
- How much does catering cost per head?
- As a guide: cold weekday buffets start from around £12 per head, normally for corporate lunches and celebrations of life. Hog roasts start from £36, afternoon tea from £42 and plated wedding menus from £59 per guest. Every event is then quoted individually in writing, so you always know the final figure before you commit.
- Is service staff included in your prices?
- Yes. Our sample prices include service staff unless we say otherwise on a specific menu, so you won't find a separate staffing charge added later.
- Do you include linen, glassware and tableware?
- Plated menus, hog roasts, sharing platters and afternoon tea all include linen, glassware and tableware. Social dining platters also include service staff and a self-service tea and coffee station.
- Is there a minimum number of guests?
- We cater everything from a private dinner for a dozen to weddings and corporate events of a few hundred. Smaller numbers are very welcome; the per-head price simply reflects the staffing and travel involved.
- Can you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?
- Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-aware dishes are written into the menu rather than added as an afterthought. We ask for final dietary details a few weeks before the event and label food clearly on the day.
- How do we get a firm quote?
- Tell us the date, venue and roughly how many guests you expect. Ryan will come back with menu suggestions and a written proposal with clear prices, so you can compare it properly against anything else you are considering.
A gentle reminder
